RARE EARTH: Vital Metals gearing up Nechalacho construction
Equipment is moving into place as Vital Metals begins work on its Nechalacho Project in Canada’s Northwest Territories where operations to mine light rare earths are set to begin in second quarter 2021, Kallanish reports.
That would make the Australian-based company the first rare earth elements producer in Canada and only the second producer of REE in North America.
The ore sorter substructure has been delivered to the site and is awaiting final placement.…
