RARE EARTH: Vital Metals begins Nechalacho REE production
Australia-based Vital Metals says it has commenced light rare earth production at its Nechalacho project in Canada’s Northwest Territories with ore crushing and ore sorting getting underway in June 2021, Kallanish reports.. The ore sorter is being commissioned.
That makes the company the first rare earth producer in Canada and only the second in North America. The company will stockpile the beneficiated ore that was first mined on 29 June for future crushing…
