RARE EARTH: Round Top Mountain contains 22 of 50 US critical minerals
USA Rare Earth says its Round Top Mountain heavy rare earth-lithium-critical minerals project in West Texas will produce 22 of the 50 critical minerals identified by the US federal government, Kallanish reports.
The project is expected to produce 16 of the 17 rare earths including neodymium, dysprosium, praseodymium and terbium plus lithium, gallium and four other critical minerals on a draft list compiled by the US Geological Survey. That list is being finalised …
