RARE EARTH, LITHIUM: USA Rare Earth increases stake to 80% in Round Top project
New York-based USA Rare Earth has fully funded its $10 million commitment to earn its 70% interest in the Round Top rare earth-lithium-critical minerals project in west Texas, Kallanish reports.
The company has also exercised its option to acquire an additional 10% stake in the Round Top project, bringing its interest to 80%. The remaining 20% stake is owned by the Texas Mineral Resources Corp.
