RARE EARTH: American Resources, Royalty Management announce merger plan
American Resources Corp says its special purpose acquisition vehicle, American Acquisition Opportunity Inc (AMAO), has entered a definitive merger agreement with Royalty Management Corp that will result in a merged publicly listed company listing on Nasdaq stock market, Kallanish reports.
