Quebec Rare Earth Elements acquires mineral claims in Canada
Vancouver-based Quebec Rare Earth Elements Corp. has completed the acquisition of 45 mineral claims in Canada in exchange for shares.
The property covers around 2,430 hectares north of Lake Manitou in what the company claims is a known rare earth elements (REE) area, located approximately 130 kilometres northeast of the city of Sept-Îles in Quebec.
The miner has agreed to issue the seller 3 million shares priced at CAD0.15 ($0.11) each, Kallanish reports.
