PowerCell to enter the UK aviation sector through collaboration
Fuel cell manufacturer PowerCell Sweden and zero-emission aviation developer ZeroAvia plan to co-develop aviation-optimised fuel cell stacks in the UK, Kallanish reports.
In a MOU signed this week, the parties intend to jointly develop and manufacture at least 5,000 proton exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cell stacks between 2024 and 2028. The idea is to establish manufacturing at ZeroAvia’s UK R&D facility, enabling PowerCell’s entry in the country. …
