Polestar inks battery supply agreement with SK On
Swedish EV firm Polestar said Monday it has inked an agreement with South Korean battery manufacturer SK On to secure battery cell modules for its upcoming Polestar 5, Kallanish reports.
SK On’s high-nickel battery cell modules, equipped with high energy density, “ultra-long” 56-centimetre cells, provide high-performing chemistry, fast charging, efficient discharging and good range, Polestar says.
