Plug Power claims fuel cell forklift solution cheaper than battery ones
Plug Power said Tuesday it is offering a turnkey hydrogen fuel cell solution for forklifts in the US that could deliver significant cost savings compared to battery alternatives, Kallanish reports.
The GenKey offering, now targeted at warehouse fleet of up to 100 forklifts, includes low-cost green hydrogen and fuel delivery and modular storage. First deliveries are slated in Q4 2023 in the US. The product will be available for the European market “soon,&rdq…
