Plug Power, Chart Industries plan two hydrogen liquefaction plants in US
Plug Power has placed an order with Chart Industries for two 15 short tons/day green hydrogen liquefaction plants, Kallanish reports.
The plants will be located in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast US and are expected to be in service before the end of 2022. They will utilise Chart’s helium refrigeration technology, cold box design and the associated rotating equipment.
