Pilbara reports higher production, shipments, prices in June quarter
Australian lithium miner Pilbara Minerals has reported a 54% quarter-on-quarter increase in its spodumene concentrate production during the June quarter, lifting its annualised volumes.
Production rose to 123,000-127,000 dry metric tonnes (dmt), compared with 81,431 dmt in the March quarter. Now, FY222 annualised production is expected in the range of 373,000-377,000 dmt, which is 33% higher than in FY21, Kallanish learns from the company.
