Pilbara Minerals board to decide on Posco JV this month
Australia’s Pilbara Minerals said Wednesday it expects to make a final investment decision (FID) in a downstream joint venture with Posco at the end of the month.
The delayed FID was previously expected in July. Both Pilbara Minerals and the South Korean steelmaker have continued to pursue negotiations for the so-called DSJV, making “good progress” despite delays in finalising the deal.
