PHEVs lead Spanish EV sales in February
Sales of plug-in hybrid cars (PHEVs) continue to increase in Spain after 5,601 units were sold in February, representing a 15.5% on-year increase, data from the country’s National Association of Motor Vehicle Dealers (GANVAM) and the e-mobility association AEDIVE shows.
In comparison, the sales of all-electric passenger cars (BEVs) only increased 9.1% on-year. A total of 3,901 BEVs were sold in the country during last month, Kallanish understands.
