RARE EARTH: Pensana Rare Earths seeks permission to build UK plant

UK’s Pensana Rare Earths is asking local permission to build Europe’s first rare earths processing facility at Saltend Chemicals Park, in northern England, Kallanish learns from the company. The firm said Monday it has submitted an application to establish the facility in Humber, Yorkshire.
