OCOchem wins DOE grant to use formic acid to make clean hydrogen
The US Department of Energy is awarding $2.5 million to clean fuel and chemical innovator OCOchem to advance clean hydrogen technologies, Kallanish reports.
The company, with headquarters in Richland, Washington, will work with the DOE’s Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) to make it safer and more affordable to transport clean hydrogen. The grant will continue the partnership that began in 2020.
