Novatek to launch blue hydrogen production by 2027
Russia’s largest independent natural gas producer Novatek may launch the production of blue hydrogen in Yamal in 2026-2027, according to ceo Leonid Mikhelson.
This will provide the possibility of exporting more than 2 million tonnes/year of the alternative fuel, Kallanish notes.
