Nouveau Monde Graphite, Mason Graphite investment deal closes
Nouveau Monde Graphite and Mason Graphite say their investment agreement to develop and operate Mason Graphite’s Lac Gueret graphite project in northeast Quebec has closed, Kallanish reports.
Under the deal announced last May, Nouveau Monde has entered into an option and joint venture agreement with Mason Graphite to advance the Quebec project and to form a joint venture. Nouveau Monde can acquire a 51% interest in the project.
