Norwegian firms to develop high-speed fuel cell vessel
Norwegian hydrogen and fuel cell technology provider TECO 2030 has teamed up with shipbuilder Umoe Mandal to develop a high-speed vessel powered by a “multi-megawatt” hydrogen fuel cell. The project received preliminary design approval from the Norwegian Maritime Authority on Thursday, Kallanish learns.
