Northern Graphite to acquire ownership interest in downstream NeoGraf
Canada-based Northern Graphite says it has signed an agreement to acquire an ownership interest in Ohio-based NeoGraf Solutions, Kallanish reports.
The agreement was signed with Ohio-based Edgewater Capital Partners, a private equity firm, and will give Northern Graphite the opportunity to integrate downstream into the manufacturing of graphite products for a number of high-growth markets including electric vehicle batteries.
