Northern Graphite recommences ore processing at Québec mine
Ottawa’s Northern Graphite has resumed ore processing at its Lac de Iles (LDI) graphite mine in Québec, Canada to support rising market demand.
Both the LDI mine and plant were taken offline during Q2 and Q3 2023 as graphite prices waned, Kallanish notes. Northern continued to supply customers from its stockpiled inventory during that time, and it is now looking to restock certain product inventories.
