Nornickel eyes increased nickel demand with new alloys
Russian miner Nornickel has begun prototyping the latest nickel and cobalt-based alloys that are in demand in the aviation, space, nuclear, chemical and oil and gas sectors of the economy, Kallanish notes.
Smelting operations are carried out via the Kola division of the company.
