Nissan to fully electrify new offerings in key markets by early 2030s
Japanese auto producer Nissan is pledging to have all of its new vehicle offerings to key markets electrified by the early 2030s, as the company targets carbon neutrality by 2050.
Models launched in Japan, China, the US and Europe then will be electric, the company announced on Wednesday. It’s unclear when portfolio electrification would reach other markets such as Latin America, Kallanish notes.
