Nissan plans EV production at Mississippi plant
Nissan plans to transform its Canton, Mississippi, vehicle assembly plant into a hub for electric vehicle manufacturing and technology.
The automaker is investing $500 million to modify its 19-year-old plant in order to build all-new Nissan and Infiniti EV models. EV production is expected to begin in 2025.
