NioCorp signs Elk Creek rare earth engineering contract with Zachry Group
NioCorp Developments says it has executed a contract with Texas-based Zachry Group to develop a cost estimate for surface facilities at the Elk Creek Critical Minerals Project in southeast Nebraska, Kallanish reports.
The contract represents the first phase of engineering, procurement and construction contracting for the $1.2 billion project, the Colorado-based company says.
