Nio to sell China-made BEVs in US from 2025
Nio will start selling electric vehicles made in China in the US market from 2025, according to the company’s US ceo Ganesh Iyer, Kallanish learns.
Speaking at the NextChina event recently held in New York, the executive said the company chose to import its premium EVs made in China to the US rather than trying to qualify for tax incentives by setting up local production there.
