Australia-based Pursuit Minerals says it intends to focus on its projects in Western Australia after selling nickel and vanadium assets in Scandinavia to Kendrick Resources PLC, Kallanish reports.
The assets in Norway, Sweden and Finland were settled for AUD 3.1 million ($2.17m), including AUD 2.35m worth of Kendrick shares. That is equal to 37.9m shares. The deal had been announced in early 2021.
