NICKEL, COPPER: Noront Resources' shareholders approve Wyloo Metals' purchase
Noront Resources says its shareholders have overwhelmingly approved the CAD 616.9 million ($485.57m) sale of the company to Wyloo Metals, Kallanish reports.
The sale to Australia-based Wyloo Metals and mining magnate Andrew Forrest was approved by 98.92% of Noront shareholders during a special shareholder meeting on Tuesday.
