The Minnesota Court of Appeals is ordering state regulators to reconsider a wastewater permit that had been granted to PolyMet Mining for its planned NorthMet nickel-copper mine, but the appeals court rejected six other challenges to the permit sought by mine opponents, Kallanish reports.
