NICKEL, COPPER: Minnesota court dismisses challenge to PolyMet air permit
The Minnesota Court of Appeals has dismissed the last remaining legal challenge to PolyMet Mining’s air permit for its $1 billion NorthMet copper-nickel mine in northeast Minnesota, Kallanish reports.
