NICKEL: Brazilian exports decrease in August
Brazilian nickel exports fell on-month in August. Shipped volume, however, was higher on-year, according to a National Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (Mdic) report monitored by Kallanish.
Nickel exports were 4.5% less m-o-m in August at 126,000 tonnes. Nevertheless, this volume was 30.8% more when compared to the 96,500 t shipped abroad in the same period in 2020.
