Miawpukek First Nation to join FFI in Newfoundland green H2 project
Australia’s Fortescue Future Industries says it has the support of the Miawpukek First Nation (MFN) to develop a green hydrogen/ammonia project in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.
The parties signed a MOU on 23 August, paving the way for cooperation on the proposed Project Lynx. FFI had earlier applied for an environmental assessment for the development with local authorities, Kallanish reports.
