Mercedes-Benz, BMW Group sell Share Now to Stellantis
European carmakers Mercedes-Benz and BMW Group are selling their car sharing joint venture Share Now to Stellantis’s subsidiary Free2move.
The transaction remains subject to regulatory approval, the companies said on Tuesday, noting they agreed not to disclose details of the deal.
