GRAPHITE: Manganese X's Graphano Energy Ltd spin-out approved
Quebec-based Manganese X Energy Corp is announcing it has gotten conditional approval for the Graphano Energy subsidiary spin-out and listing, Kallanish reports.
The approval came from the Toronto Stock Exchange Venture Exchange. Manganese X shares will begin trading on an ex-dividend basis on the TSXV at the opening of trading on 23 August, 2021. Graphano shares will begin trading in early September under the stock symbol GEL.
