Lundin said to be studying sale of copper-zinc mine in Portugal
Canadian miner Lundin Mining is reportedly looking at advisors for a potential disposal of its Neves-Corvo copper-zinc mine in southern Portugal.
Citing unnamed sources “familiar with the matter,” Bloomberg said the operation could fetch around €1 billion ($1.03 billion). Yet, it notes deliberations are ongoing and Lundin may decide to retain the asset.
Lundin hasn’t responded to Kallanish’s requests for comment.
