Loyal Lithium acquires 60% interest in advanced Hidden Lake project
Australia-based Loyal Lithium is acquiring a 60% stake in the advanced Hidden Lake lithium project in Canada’s Northwest Territories, Kallanish reports.
Patriot Battery Metals will retain a 40% minority interest in five contiguous claims, and the companies will form a Hidden Lake joint venture at the project about 45 kilometres east of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories.
