LITHIUM: Sichuan Yahua to acquire shares in Ultra Lithium
Manufacturer Sichuan Yahua Industrial Group announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Yahua International has signed an equity subscription agreement with Canadian mining company Ultra Lithium. Yahua will acquire about 13.23% of Ultra Lithium, as well as 60% of Ultra Lithium's wholly-owned subsidiary to control the related lithium mining projects.
