LITHIUM: Piedmont Lithium proposes second US lithium hydroxide plant
Piedmont Lithium says it plans to build a second lithium hydroxide conversion plant in the United States with site selection expected in second quarter 2022, Kallanish reports.
The location will be determined by available infrastructure, supply logistics, proximity to automotive and battery customers and expected permitting requirements, the company says in releasing 2022 development plans.
