LITHIUM: Piedmont Lithium implements redomiciliation scheme
Piedmont Lithium Inc is now a United States-based corporation, Kallanish reports.
Last week, the company advised that its scheme of arrangement to re-domicile Piedmont Lithium Ltd from Australia to the US had officially been implemented. All Piedmont Australia shares have been transferred to US Piedmont. That plan had been approved previously by all required parties and agencies. The company’s corporate headquarters are now in Belmont, North Carolina.
