Lithium Americas Corp has closed on the deal to acquire Millennial Lithium, including its Pastos Grandes lithium brine project in Argentina, Kallanish reports.
Millennial Lithium, with headquarters in West Vancouver, British Columbia, was de-listed from the Toronto Stock Exchange Venture Exchange on 26 January.
