LITHIUM: Investors back Sayona's acquisition of Moblan project in Quebec
Australia-based Sayona Mining reports that it is has raised AUD 100 million ($72.9m) in a private placement with institutional investors, with the funds to be used to accelerate its acquisition of the Moblan lithium project in northern Quebec, Kallanish reports.
A total of 689,470,310 new shares at a price of AUD 0.145/share were placed, the company says. It is also raising an additional AUD 25.5m through a 1-for-35 non-renounceable rights issue at the same offer …
