LITHIUM: First Energy Metals drills 1.12% lithium oxide at Augustus
Canada-based First Energy Metals says it drilled 1.12% lithium oxide over 7 metres wide in a drill hole at its Augustus lithium project in Quebec, Kallanish reports.
The LC21-09 drill hole intersected a spodumene pegmatite intersection of 39 m in which a zone that is 7 m wide assayed at 1.12% lithium oxide at a drilled depth of 11 m, the company says. That 39-m zone averaged 0.17% lithium or 0.37% lithium oxide. It included a 2-m-wide spodumene pegmatite zon…
