LITHIUM: Court sets hearing on Sayona Quebec's NAL offer
A Quebec court is scheduled to conduct a hearing on 28 June on Sayona Quebec’s offer to acquire North American Lithium Inc, Kallanish reports. Piedmont Lithium would partner with Sayona Quebec.
Court approval is required because Quebec-based North American Lithium is under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act in Canada.
