LITHIUM: AVZ signs supply contract with China’s Yibin Tianyi
Australia-listed AVZ Minerals has inked a new spodumene concentrate offtake agreement for its Manono project with a major Chinese lithium converter, Kallanish reports.
The company said on Tuesday it will supply Yibin Tianyi with up to 200,000 tonnes per year of spodumene concentrate for at least three years. The Chinese company, a key participant in CATL’s supply chain, has the option to extend the deal for another two years.
