Lithium Americas splitting into 2 companies in North America, Argentina
Lithium America is splitting into two separate public lithium companies: Lithium Americas in North America and Lithium Argentina in South America, Kallanish reports.
The reorganisation agreement has been unanimously approved by the board of directors of the Canadian company, but the separation is not yet final.
