Lithium Americas announces first lithium at Cauchari-Olaroz project
Lithium Americas announced on Monday it has produced its first lithium carbonate at its Cauchari-Olaroz project in Argentina, Kallanish reports.
The British Columbia-based company says additional processing equipment and purification are needed to achieve battery-quality lithium carbonate at the project in Jujuy, Argentina.
