Liaoning Fu-An Heavy Industry to increase stake in anode graphitisation
Shanghai-listed manufacturer Liaoning Fu-An Heavy Industry recently announced that it plans to spend CNY 3.6 billion ($534.05 million) in acquiring 100% of Tianquan Fu-An, its affiliated company.
