LG Energy Solution says IRA tax credits boosted Q4 results
Despite a global slowdown in EV sales, South Korean battery manufacturer LG Energy Solution reported Friday record full-year earnings for 2023.
The firm saw a 31.8% year-on-year increase in consolidated revenue, which came to KRW 33.7 trillion ($25.25 billion). Meanwhile, full-year operating profit reached KRW 2.2 trillion won, up 78.2% y-o-y.
