Japanese firms unit to research H2-powered engines for small mobility
Japanese manufacturers Kawasaki Motors, Suzuki Motor Corporation, Honda Motor Co and Yamaha Motor Co. are forming a research association to focus on hydrogen engines for small mobility.
The so-called HySE group was announced after clearance from the country’s ministry of economy, trade and industry. It will seek to overcome technical challenges posed by the use of hydrogen as fuel in small engines.
