Jane Street Global files second lawsuit against London Metal Exchange
New York-based Jane Street Global Trading is suing the London Metal Exchange for $15.3 million in the wake of nickel trading being cancelled last March, Kallanish reports.
The suit is the second against the LME in the week, after US-based fund manager Elliott Associates and Elliott International sued in an English court for $456m for cancelling nickel trades.
