INSG expects nickel surplus to shrink 33% in 2024
The International Nickel Study Group (INSG) has projected a nickel supply surplus of 109,000 tonnes in 2024, Kallanish learns.
The forecast is 33% lower than the 163,000 t seen in 2023. In 2022, the global supply glut averaged 98,000 t, the firm says in a statement.
